FertiNexa ("we", "us") helps international patients understand their fertility treatment options and coordinates their treatment journey in Northern Cyprus. Because you may share information about your health with us, we take your privacy very seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Who is responsible for your information

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, email address, WhatsApp number and country of residence.
• Your WhatsApp messages — including any documents or medical reports you send us there.
• Health information you choose to share — such as age range, previous fertility treatment, test results, scans and medical reports.
• Campaign information — which advertisement or link brought you to our page (for example UTM parameters), so we can understand which channels are useful.
• Website usage data — only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies (see below).

How and why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and explain possible next steps.
• With your explicit consent, to share your information with fertility specialists and clinics in Northern Cyprus so they can review your case and propose a treatment plan.
• To coordinate appointments, travel and follow-up if you decide to proceed.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising, if you accept cookies.

We process your contact details and health information on the basis of your consent (and, for health information, your explicit consent), which you give when you submit our form or send us your information. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Where we process data to prepare or carry out services you request, we also rely on that basis.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only where needed to help you:

• Fertility specialists and clinics in Northern Cyprus that you agree we may contact about your case.
• Service providers that help us run FertiNexa, such as our website host (Cloudflare) and WhatsApp (Meta), through which we communicate with you, and — only if you accept cookies — Google and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

International transfers

We are based in Türkiye, the clinics we work with are in Northern Cyprus, and some of our service providers operate in other countries. If you live in the UK, the European Economic Area or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in Türkiye, Northern Cyprus and the countries where our providers operate. We only do this with your consent and take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and coordinate any treatment you choose, and then for up to [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, KVKK), you have the right to:

• ask us to correct or delete it;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
• complain to your local data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK, or the KVKK Authority in Türkiye).
